Corned Beef Bake

Corned beef bake recipe is given on this page. It makes a perfect Valentines Day recipe.



6 ounces (about 3 cups) macaroni twists
Boiling salted water
10 1/2 oz condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 cup each milk and warm water
Dash pepper
1 tblsp each dill seed and prepared horseradish
1 jar (2 oz.) sliced pimento, drained
12 oz. corned beef, cubed
buttered bread crumbs


How to make corned beef bake:
  • Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender (about 7 minutes.)
  • Drain, rinse with hot water, and drain again.
  • While macaroni is cooking, combine soup, milk, water pepper, dill seed, and horseradish.
  • Cover and heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
  • Add pimiento and corned beef.
  • Place macaroni in buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole; top with crumbs.
  • Bake in a 350 oven for about 20 minutes.
