CORNED BEEF BAKE RECIPE
Ingredients:
6 ounces (about 3 cups) macaroni twists
Boiling salted water
10 1/2 oz condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 cup each milk and warm water
Dash pepper
1 tblsp each dill seed and prepared horseradish
1 jar (2 oz.) sliced pimento, drained
12 oz. corned beef, cubed
buttered bread crumbs
How to make
corned beef bake:
- Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender (about 7 minutes.)
- Drain, rinse with hot water, and drain again.
- While macaroni is cooking, combine soup, milk, water pepper, dill seed, and horseradish.
- Cover and heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
- Add pimiento and corned beef.
- Place macaroni in buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole; top with crumbs.
- Bake in a 350 oven for about 20 minutes.
