CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES RECIPE
Ingredients:
1 cup cream
1 1/4 cups black chocolate
1/4 cup bitter black chocolate
1/2 cup of cocoa
How to make chocolate truffles:
- Boil the cream then mix in the chocolate.
- Cover and leave in the refrigerator to cool.
- Make small balls from the mixture and put back in the
refrigerator for another 15 minutes.
- Melt the bitter black chocolate and dip the truffles in
it then roll them in the cocoa. Sit aside to cool.
